How to Volunteer

We are a non-profit organization entirely run by our volunteers. 

 

Great Lakes Bengal Rescue, like any pet rescue organization, is always in need of additional  volunteers to maintain our efforts in re-homing Bengals in need.

 

We currently need for fosters homes throughout the Midwest. 

Fostering a Bengal is a rewarding experience. It entails housing a Bengal until it’s adopted. During that time, you care for the cat as if it were your own.  Veterinary care and, medications re reimbursed by GLBR.  If you'd like to foster a Bengal please download and complete the

Great Lakes Bengal Rescue

We are also in need of transporters to help move cats between fosters and adopters. If you would like to help transport Bengals, please contact us to find out if transporters are needed in your area. Gas may be reimbursed - All it costs you is your time!  You may save the life of a Bengal cat in need!

 

Maybe you have a special talent?  Maybe you are good at arts and crafts (homemade cat toys?).  Would you like to show off your skills in raising money and organize a fundraiser, or participate in one going on now?
